Birthdays & anniversaries
A shared meal with room for greetings, gifts and cake. Adjust dessert quantities accordingly.
A birthday, anniversary or family gathering: good catering fits your guests and the space available. Consider the menu, handover and any on-site service together, so you know what will be prepared and which tasks remain with you.

Photos of the kitchen and dining area help. Check preparation surfaces, refrigeration, power and the route to the table. A compact buffet may suit a small kitchen; detailed plated service requires different facilities. Include access, lifts and handover in the plan.
One sequence could start with cold canapés, continue with a hot dish, vegetables and a side, then finish with miniature desserts. Plan children’s portions and complete plant-based meals separately. If there is a birthday cake, reduce the dessert selection accordingly.
Food delivery does not automatically include serving or tidying up. Agree who handles serving, collects used tableware and returns hired equipment. If you want fewer tasks as the host, include that support explicitly in the scope.
Food, staff, drinks, delivery and equipment are agreed individually. Only the services in the confirmed proposal are binding.
Prepare your event briefIt depends on headcount, format, address and service requirements. Delivery and staffing account for more per guest in small groups. You can prepare a brief for a small party; no confirmed minimum order is published here.
Not every format needs a professional kitchen. It depends on whether food is handed over, kept hot or finished on site. Share photos, refrigeration, work surfaces and available appliances so the menu can be adapted.
These tasks are not automatically included. Agree serving, supervision, tableware collection and equipment return ahead of time. If staff will stay, their tasks, hours and cost must be explicitly included in the quote.
