Meetings & lunch
A complete meal within the scheduled break. Keep serving and clearing separate from workspaces.
A reception, a team lunch or a company celebration: the food should work with your programme. Plan the menu, serving format and required service together, from the first arrival to collection. Dates and logistics are checked individually for Vienna and events across Austria.

Start with arrivals, presentations, breaks and finishing time. Staggered guests need a different replenishment plan from a shared dinner start. Choose one contact who can gather changes and coordinate internal approval.
A reception could begin with salmon crostini and a plant-based canapé. If the event replaces dinner, add a hot main and a complete plant-based alternative. A small dessert finishes the sequence. This is a concept; recipes and allergens are agreed for the actual menu.
Bring food and portions, staff hours, delivery, equipment and VAT into one overview. Record final headcount, change deadlines, setup and collection too. Your purchasing team can then compare the actual scope.
Food, staff, drinks, delivery and equipment are agreed individually. Only the services in the confirmed proposal are binding.
Prepare your event briefSmall portions or flying service suit standing conversations. A buffet or plated menu can provide a shared meal. The choice depends on space, seating, duration and whether guests arrive together.
Alongside food and quantities, it should clearly list delivery, setup, staff hours, equipment, collection and VAT. Provide your billing address and any cost centre. Agree deadlines for changes to headcount and scope.
Share expected guest numbers for each time slot. Use them to plan serving, replenishment and staffing. A single total is not enough when arrivals are spread over several hours.
