All questions & answers
What information does a caterer need for a quote?

Provide the date, exact address, guest count, occasion, serving time, preferred format and budget. Add drinks, service requirements and dietary needs. Kitchen facilities, lifts, delivery access and existing equipment help establish the actual work involved.

How do I prepare my catering brief?

Use the event planner to bring your date, guest count, venue, menu ideas and budget into a downloadable text brief. Entries are processed in your browser only. The form does not send a message or reserve a date; direct enquiry delivery is not yet enabled.

How far in advance do I need to order catering?

Short-notice catering requires a check of the date, menu, staffing and transport. Delta Catering does not currently promise a fixed lead time or next-day delivery. Enquire once you know the date and approximate guest count, allowing more planning time for weddings or complex setups.
